Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed before being shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the item, order size, and whether an item is handmade or made to order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping method selected. Free shipping is not currently offered unless otherwise stated during a special promotion.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact Unique Creations By Vivian as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
