Unique Creations By Vivian does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any item offered in our shop.

We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling before you place your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with USPS.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - YOU MIGHT ASK ......

Each item is crafted and personalized to your liking so we cannot resell, therefore we cannot accept returns  or exchanges.

Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacement from Unique Creations By Vivian. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact  your local shipping carrier.
